1. Services

Skytack Media provides photography, videography, drone services, real estate media, editing, content creation, and related creative services.

All services are subject to availability and project acceptance.

2. Booking and Payments

Bookings may require confirmation, deposits, signed agreements, or payment before services are rendered.

Clients agree to provide accurate information during the booking process.

Invoices are due according to the payment terms stated on the invoice or agreement.

Late payments may result in delayed delivery of media or additional fees.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients should provide reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Deposits may be non-refundable depending on project preparation, scheduling, or travel commitments.

Skytack Media reserves the right to reschedule services due to weather, safety concerns, equipment issues, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Media Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity and workload.

Final media will be delivered digitally unless otherwise agreed.

Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up delivered files.

5. Copyright and Usage

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Skytack Media retains copyright ownership of all photographs, videos, and media created.

Clients are granted a limited license to use delivered media for personal, marketing, listing, or promotional purposes related to their business.

Clients may not:

• Resell raw media files

• Transfer usage rights to unrelated third parties without permission

• Alter media in a misleading or unlawful manner

• Claim authorship of the media

Skytack Media reserves the right to use created media for portfolio, marketing, social media, promotional, and educational purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Drone Operations

Drone services are subject to FAA regulations, weather conditions, airspace restrictions, and safety considerations.

Certain locations may restrict or prohibit drone flights.

Skytack Media reserves the right to decline drone operations when deemed unsafe or legally restricted.

7. Property Readiness

Clients are responsible for ensuring properties or locations are ready prior to the scheduled shoot.

Skytack Media is not responsible for cleaning, staging, moving large items, or correcting property conditions unless specifically agreed upon.

Additional charges may apply for excessive delays or extended on-site time.

8. Limitation of Liability

Skytack Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services or website.

In all cases, liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.

9. Website Use

Users agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful purposes

• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data

• Interfere with website functionality

• Copy or misuse website content without permission

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website for violations of these Terms.

10. Third-Party Services
